Here's the part I don't get, the report states "that Marie Joseph, who did not know how to swim, followed a 9-year-old boy down a slide into water 12 feet deep. She slipped below in seven seconds July 26 and was never seen alive again, the report states.

How do they know this much? Somebody had to see it if they know she followed a kid down the slide. They know how long it took to slip under the water and they know the date. An autopsy would not reveal that she was on the slide with the kid. Obviously some body had to see it happen.

I have the same questions, Barnyard. Who the heck timed her take 7 seconds to get to the bottom? And did nothing. And how did her group leave but didn't think of her? And the lifeguards, in another report, found her cell phone, keys, towel etc. as they were closing up the place.

As you might have guessed, I'm not a city-pool-goer, but this is 15 minutes from me!
