Early style latch/release for the pneumatic lift control lever. It is shown in the parts catalog.

Rudi's server has the parts catalog, not the latest version.

Re: Help me identify the A part please!
I know this is an ancient post, but I was going to ask about the same part on my 1941 A. Now I know what it is! I know this is dumb, but now I think I'll keep my eyes peeled for the lift-all. I think it'd be cool to have everything that my tractor originally came with.

Re: Help me identify the A part please!
The lift all was not used on A, it is an actual hydraulic lift system used on H and M. A and B use a pneumatic or exhaust powered lift, unless it had a hand lift, which were pretty rare.

Re: Help me identify the A part please!
Thought I had seen the Pneumatic Lift for the A referred to as "Lift-All", and here it is on the cover of the manual for said unit. just copy and paste this link and it should take you to the image of the front cover of the pneumatic lift all manual that Binder Books sells:

I think you should be able to simply click on that link without having to copy and paste it.

Re: Help me identify the A part please!
I've all heard the exhaust/pneumatic lift called the lift-all. In New England at least. Had one on a BN

Re: Help me identify the A part please!
Sorry about that, the only one I had ever heard called lift-all was the hydraulic one.
