permanent removal of super a pto

Got the pto out of my super a thinking this morning is it possible to just have a machine shop friend make me a plate to mate up and leave off the pto, I would never use it and would solve alot of problems

Yes - it can be done. In fact, some industrial models would not have had a pto. You might check with JP Tractor Salvage to see if they have a blank plate.

PTO was an option. My great-uncle has a '49 Farmall Super A without one since new.
