super a oil plug

bought a super a and previous owner-owners have rounded off the oil plug any suggestions? tried vice grips etc and not only is it rounded but it is coned down which makes it that much harder to get something to hold on.

Got a welder handy? If so, place a large nut over the plug & weld the nut to the plug to accomodate a large wrench.
