Netflix can be run through the Wii also with a wireless internet connection. It is nice to have instant access to movies, no need to go out and rent.

complaint I hear about netflix, is you get menu movies.
Meaning not many on there to chose from, and then they rotate what choices are there

Let's say you want to see an old Eastwood western or Caddyshack
They are not there

We did the 30-day free trial of Netflix, and canceled on day 29. All the movies we wanted to watch were only available through the mail, which costs $2 more a month. Plus, I wasn't thrilled with the video quality on the Wii. The movies looked better on my laptop.

We figured we'd be just as well off with Redbox. I can go to their website, lookup the movie we want, find a redbox close by that has it, and reserve it. And, they are $1 each. I can rent 7 movies a month, and still be ahead over Netflix.
