Greetings from Moscow mills, Missouri
Bought a 1947 cub , in process of stripping her down , sand blasting and Gona make her parade ready. I found out about this site from an old boy I spoke with off craiglist about some parts. I've been a heavy equipment mechanic going on 18 years so I'm kinda knowledgable somewhat on turning wrenches. Over the years I've helped a buddy with a couple of those old green tractors ( I know I apoligze) but a good reason to have a few cold ones and hang out . (right) . Once I get my comp. Back from the shop I'll post pic. On how the old girl is comming , good talking . Cub ser. # 9555.

Welcome to the forum! Best place on the web for all things Cub related (and some other stuff too).
Nice to have another Missouri boy in the mix. If you have any Cub questions or suggestions, this is the place. We're looking forward to seeing your Cub, so share lots of pictures, even in the "tear down" stage.

Welcome to the forum Rob, I used to live in your part of the country before I escaped. Worked at Wentzville, and lived near Troy and later Hawk Point till I moved back south.

Welcome Rob1972,
If you like hanging out and working on tractors you'll love attending a cubfest because that's what they're all about! Like you I have some heavy equipment experience, and I prefer turning wrenches on cubs because they are simpler and much much lighter!

Welcome to the forum Rob. Like they said you should not have many problems figuring out the cub, but if you do just ask away. Top of page has most of the manuals listed.
