Larry he runs over porcupines on purpose.
Re: Perry Mini CubFest ~ Dartmouth MAI guess that means I had better bring my carb box.
Re: Perry Mini CubFest ~ Dartmouth MA
I have shot 5 porcupines this year but 0 got mowed over. I might bring the mower with me. I had some realy high weeds and I could not see the bolders. I worked the mower hard for two days. Good judgment comes from experience, and experience comes from poor judgment.

Oh I thought you ran out of ammo.
Re: Perry Mini CubFest ~ Dartmouth MA
Looks like a few carb rebuilds, Wally and Larry being rebuilding carbs. I'm considering doing one but might have too much on my plate. Cecil could you pick me up a kit at Columbia Tractor? Are they still $75 or so? Wally will be bringing the cloth wiring harness he made, with enough extra wiring and connectors to show the folks how to make another harness. Two TC units rebuilds are still onboard. Looks like Bob's shop should have alot of activity.
Re: Perry Mini CubFest ~ Dartmouth MAChris I have a spare TM kit for $46 if you would rather have that. A lot more stuff and cheaper. Only difference is the needle valve.
Re: Perry Mini CubFest ~ Dartmouth MA
Sounds good, thank you! You bringing a tractor down?
Re: Perry Mini CubFest ~ Dartmouth MALess than a week to go for the minifest.
I am finishing a woodworking project so that the workshop will be all clear for cub projects. Also today I will be splitting my cub so that we're ready to work on the clutch. BobinCT copied the latest cub manual file for me at Cecil's and if anyone would like a copy please bring a 2 gb thumb drive on Saturday. ~ Jim
Re: Perry Mini CubFest ~ Dartmouth MAChris I am bringing Ugly Cub down to Ed's to cut some wood with the Brookfield. If you guys would like I could probably bring it with me. Got any wood to cut?
Chris I will bring the kit with me.

Name is Ross MacVicar, from Plymouth, Ma. Met him at a small show we did, at a Lions club festival, on Sunday. Another SouthEastern Massachusetts cubber! Ed

Re: Perry Mini CubFest ~ Dartmouth MALooks like a couple more from the local area are coming. Jim Craig who lives in Dartmouth and Fred Osborn from New Bedford. Both might trailor over thier Cubs with minor kinks to work out...
Re: Perry Mini CubFest ~ Dartmouth MAThe weather report looks good and the projects are piling up. Can't wait for Saturday.
Cecil I can obtain branches for a demonstration.
Re: Perry Mini CubFest ~ Dartmouth MAOK for the bad news. I can't get both tractors on the trailer because of the mounted implements. The one with the cultivators has to go as I think it is sold. Therefore I will be leaving the saw cub behind.
