Barnyard Bash IV

Postby Barnyard » Thu Sep 02, 2010 7:05 pm

Jeff Silvey just sent me the dates for the Tri-State Gas Engine & tractor Swap Meet. This has usually conflicted with the Bash so With those dates covered I can schedule the Bash.

Mark your calendars In 2011! The Barnyard Bash will be held May 12-14. That is a Thursday, Friday and Saturday. A lot of folks showed up Thursday afternoon to get settled in and it worked out great so we'll do it again.

More on this later. For now let's concentrate on Mike's Wisconsin Fall Minifest, Steve B's Central Indiana CubFest, Kodiak's Stonethrow and Cecil's CubFest Northeast to close out the year.

Edited to reflect date change.

There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

That sounds GREAT, Bill. Hope you have a great turnout as usual! Who knows, maybe Wisconsin will be represented there next year!!

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

I was afraid of this, but at least it is early enough to change.

I was informed this morning that Portland's swap meet is also May 19-21 in 2011. I was given wrong info previously.

With that said, the Barnyard Bash will be moved to May 12-14. Many of the guys who go to Portland also want to attend the Bash and this is the best way to accommodate them. Hopefully no one has set their vacations in stone just yet.

I have contacted Rudi and he will be making the change in the announcement section.

New Date: May 12-14, 2011
