Tranny noise

Postby Mr E » Sun Aug 08, 2010 6:54 pm

This is for the Farmall H gurus out there!
My new H is noisy in 4th and 5th gear. The other gears are very quiet. The tractor runs like a champ.
Is there an idler that controls those two gears? Bearing?

Your input/suggestions are much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I think David did it. When he was on it, it was very quiet.
