Cookies Anyone?

I know the 2 holes act as a solution to remove air/suction, but wouldn't dough ooze out of the holes leaving 2 bumps on the cooky(their spelling, not mine :D ) Where's Miss Janet when you need her :{_}: Do you have to repair each cooky to make them look perfect :shock:

I met an older gentleman in northeastern Indiana four years ago that had two of them.
He asked me what I thought they were and I could not come up with a reasonable guess. They did not have "Cooky - Cutter" stamped in them.
He stated that at several shows that he had been to in the late 90's and early 00's he had been offered $1,500 for one of them.

It will be interesting to see where this ends up!

A couple years ago one never met the reserve and bidding got to over $1200.00

Rick, I think IH had this thing about two unexplained holes. :lol:
 
You know you could buy that for whatever it brings, and open a booth at Redpowers Selling $5 cookies you baked using an original IH cookie cutter. I'd buy one. :D
 
If the cookie dough was rolled to the right thickness the dough would not ooze up through the holes. On the other hand, if one of you guys wants to buy this I will supply the cute and cuddly cookie baker to operate it.

At $1200 - $1500, you guys are not likely to see cookies like this at DSCF.

But like Brandon said, I'd give $5.00 for a cookie if somebody gets this cutter. :lol:
