That is one smooth sounding tractor. Never heard one run before.. well never even seen one up close and personal like either.. Congrats on a nice deal and thanks for the pics/vids. I like the sound of that one.
very sweet Bigdog, I can see this one returning the sled to the end of the track next year at the Tug.
Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.

Dan - they are cut downs from steel wheels. The spokes are welded to the rims.
Donny - this thing moves so slow that pastries are not a problem!
He handled it well!
So... was that in road gear? They are cool tractors... really "antiquey"...

You know, it would be hard to guess who was the happiest. The original owner the day he acepted delivery or BigDog and family when they got it home and running By golly that has to be too close to call. It certainly is a machine to be proud of. As Tony the Tiger would say "Looks and Sounds GREAT!"
I was down in the barn today and out of curiosity I thought I'd try to start it since it had not been run since Saturday. I spun the crank a half turn and it was running. I'm still smiling.
