In the olden days nearly all pictures were black and white. Here's one from 62 years ago. Handsome little fellow?

Do you still have any of that stuff ??

The good ole coon skin cap. Mine would have been worn even to church if momma would have let me. :big smile:

Yes, it was a brand new 1946 Ford 9(2)N on display at the county fair. It was the first one I had seen close up. I have a restored one just like it among my collection.

Jim,

That is my cousin Bill to my left in the striped shirt, and my cousin Sue on my right. My brother wasn't born yet when that photo was taken. Of the 17 people in that photo, only Bill and I are left standing.

Darell If you had a Howdy Doody shirt you got to be 10 11 years younger than my 76. You probably were born 1943 1944 0r so.

Looks like it could be our buddy Eviel Boweviel. Nice bibs.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

SO , what better place to post it than here  I was about 5 years old and mom always said the look on my face summed my disposition up pretty well. I think it is a sweet looking child in that picture but she had a different view I guess at the time.

Are you brave enough to post one of yours here for all of us to see?

I'll have to agree with your Mom. Although I don't know what you look like today Jim, I do see a hint of "devilment" on your face. It's something only a mom can detect.
