1) When looking at an individual message, click the "X" at the upper right.
2) When looking at a message index, each one has a box at the right, click the box next to the each you want to delete, choose "delete" in the selection below the column of boxes, and hit "go".
3) I think the oldest ones will roll off the bottom and go away as more are added (haven't deliberately tried this!).

Jackman, on the page with your PM's, simply put a check mark in the blocks at the right hand side. Then click on the drop down box at the bottom right of your page that says "Mark/Unmark as Important" and then it will give you the opton to delete or whatever else you might want to do. Pete

That is the way it used to work on the old forum. Now when your mailbox gets full, the messages go "on hold" until you clear enough room in your mailbox by deleting or moving other messages. Once you do that, you have to "release on hold messages" and they will appear. I don't know how long they will remain on hold before being deleted...

In the user control panel you can set the options to either delete the oldest messages, move them to another another folder or hold new messages until you make room for them. You can also create additional folders to sort and store messages you want to save.
