3 C of sugar
1 C of oil
4 Eggs (Mix all this together via mixer)
2 C of Pumpkin
2/3 C of water
3.5 C of flour
1.5 T of salt
1 T of cinnamon (Sift together)
1 T of nutmeg
3 T of soda
Add flour mixture to other blended ingred. Mix well
Add 1 C of nuts
Grease 3 loaf pans
Bake @ 350 deg. for 1 hour
Remove from pans when slighttly cool. Slice put butter of the bread then eat your heart out.
This recipe makes three loafs. They last for about 3 days at my house.
This recipe is from my late mothers recipe box.

The bread sounds great. I think thats a better use for pumpkins than firing them out of a cannon.
