Blueberries

Postby Dan England » Wed Jun 18, 2008 8:43 pm

We did our first picking of blueberries today. With plenty of rainfall this spring, there are lots of large, plump berries, plenty to keep us supplied for some time as they ripen. Janie and I are looking for new blueberry recipes. Anyone have a favorite recipe to share? Thanks, Dan

Don: We haven't tried the blueberry pancakes but how about fresh blueberry cobbler, still warm from the oven, with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream. Had that tonight and it tastes great. Dan
