I got a B, I have mowed some fairly steep slopes crossways with it, and didn't really feel uncomfortable, with the wheels set like 2 postitions out from all the way in, something like 72" i think, I pull a JD #5 mower with it, great pair, I would rather have one of our C's or SC with the wide front tho

Did you ever think of taking one front off and putting it in the barn. That way you would have a single front, and if you have a flat, you would just happen to have a spare You southern boys just make life so complicated!
We just finished doing our BWe just got finished (or almost finished) with our B. I haven't done any fenders for it yet. We're pretty happy with the it considering how bad of shape it was in when we got it and it is our first project.

Re: Any B folks hereYep, my BN has the single front wheel - not for sale tho - grandpa bought it new in '41. Just brought my Super C home yesterday - fried starter! Could it be the 12 V conversion??
