Actually, we both won... and the prize was the fun. We both just dug holes without pulling the other. Scruffy was the first to have the engine die.

Many of us were having running problems... Murphy's law. The only common thread we could think of that could affect all was Indiana air.

In any event, Scruffy did well enough to prove that that little carburetor from a 2 HP Briggs engine can work on a Cub.

But that explaination sounds like the Pony may have beaten Ole Scruffy. :lol: :lol: :lol:

It looked to me by the succession of the pictures that Scruffy was the top dog. Now we need to hear from the Pony operator. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Donny, I watched each tractor drag the other at times. It was never a question of power, it was traction. Scruffy held his own.
