Postby Ron Harper » Sun Jun 20, 2004 8:36 am

I would like to know the overall dimensions of the rockshaft lifting rod, primarily the length. (seems like someone needed mine more than I did! I need to build another one.

I have a 1958 cub with a fast hitch, would the size of the lifting rod on mine be what you are looking for?

i'm not familiar with the fast hitch set up. I'm looking for the rod that runs from the front hydralic lift arm to the rear rock shaft.

thanks for the reply

Ron, Which one did you have, the straight one or the bent one?

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

I think I have a couple of them down in the barn. I can measure them and get back to you. Or, you can have one of them if you need it. We just need to work out a way to get it to you.

Thanks for the offer, If you could possibly measure one, I can make it without big problems, and would probably be easier than trying to ship one!!

Thanks again for your help

Ron
