Road trip!!!

Postby George Willer » Mon Jun 07, 2004 10:47 am

I just got a call and set up a contact to go after Cub #12 and some implements tomorrow. C'mon, Bigdog... it's about the same distance from Stoutsville as here. It will be an all day drive to get there, but maybe we could make it a contest to see how well you have learned? I plan to leave first thing in the morning. Just one clue... we'll both be driving into the sun all morning.

Mr. GW,

I hope all the clues you just gave Bigdog were just a faint. My bet is you're heading WEST already.

Actually not. Cataracts make night driving impossible, because of the blue headlights. Maybe that gives my grandson, Bigdog, an unfair advantage. :(

Grandpa,
I went on a scouting trip over the week-end. Unfortunately it was a bust! I do however, have a couple of them under close observation very near to me. I've been operating the Find a Cub Universal Beacon (FCUB) on long range and thought I'd better give short range a shot to see how it works.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.
