Apple And Sausage Cornbread Stuffing

Ingredients:

I 10 inch about 3 inch high fresh corn bread
1 pound of your favorite pork sausage
1 good size apple chopped up
1/2 pound fresh cut up mushrooms
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
8 slices white bread, pull it all into little bite size pieces
salt and pepper to taste

Cool and crumble your corn bread.

Place sausage in a large, deep skillet and cook it.

In a big skillet over medium heat, cook and stir the mushrooms, celery, onion and garlic until soft.
Mix everything in a bowl then put it all in a baking dish and bake it in a preheated oven 350 degree until you smell it or until you can stick it with a toothpick and it comes out clean.

And Don't forget a big old glass of Buttermilk,,,,,,yum yum
I can fix it,,,get me a bigger hammer.
