We got the engine off of Dad's cub this afternoon and removed the crankshaft, pistons, and rods. 8) Looks like the motor has been into recently...new valves and the crank has been turned to .010. Someone went to alot of trouble for NOTHING :!: We checked the ring gap in #2 and it is more than .030 wide  :!: Looks like the block is going to be bored oversize. The valve seats are going to be checked and the block is going in the vat. I am taking the block off of Miss B for a good bath in the vat as well. Here is a pic.

OH! OH!... That looks like Bigdog's Dodge! On closer look, it looks like a Chevy. Whew!

I have a floor mat and fender well guards in mine George. Of course, I wouldn't mind a couple of engine blocks........ :)

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

I got them from a truck accessory place. They cover the fender wells and slip under the floor mat. I'll try to get a picture today and post it. If you have one of those truck custom accessory places nearby, check with them. They should be able to get them.
