Hi All,
I just replaced the oil seal on the PTO shaft because it was leaking.
I drained and serviced the gear box/diff with new gear oil.
I looked up the quanity required and came up with about 3 qts needed.
If this is the correct amount needed, then it appers that the reason the oil was leaking out around the seal was because it had been over filled.
Is 3 quarts the approx amount needed to refill the gear box??
Thanks,
Ron

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.
