Don,

I bought the universal mount from Heritage Tractor along with the umbrella. It's pretty simple. The base mount on the umbrella tube attaches to one of the bolts that hold down the lift lever. There are also two 3/8ths rods that you can adjust at any angle that clamp to the umbrella tube. You can see one in the picture. One of those attaches to one of the shift lever cover plate bolts. The other I attached to one of the bolts on the rear light mount that holds the light mount to the battery box.
When my son gets home I have him take me a picture. I can't find his digital camera.
Always try the easiest thing first.
