Super A gadget

Does anyone know what this gadget is setting on the transmission? It has something to do with the hitch but I don’t know what.

looks kinda like a 2 way land plow levers, that you would yank to drop the plow, it looks like what I have on my exhaust lift setup....

just a thought

It is exactly what Johnny said. It is the trip lever assembly for the split rear rockshaft used with the A-189 two-way plow.

I have a complete working setup on my Super A. I will take some pics tomorrow just so you can see the whole thing.

The jist of how it works is that the hydraulics would raise both plows, so you would use that to lock one of them up and lower the other, then when you get to the end of the row, you switch plows and go back the other way.

Spaceghost - hang onto that part. There is always someone looking for missing pieces of implements.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

wvpolekat: I would like to see some pictures of how it works. I have two other parts that go with the lever.

Bigdog: I will put it in the extra parts pile. That pile is getting big.
