Here is our other Farmall. How do I tell if it is an A or a 100
My father says it is an A and my brother says it is a 100.

check the serial number. for 100 it is located on left side of bell housing, and should startt with 100. engine serial should start with C-123.
For Super A the serial is located on tool box / seat support. it's serial number will start with IAA. for Interantional or FAA for Farmall. Engine serial will start with IAAM for International, or FAAM for Farmall

It is not an A, as the Super A was the first with the "touch control" hydraulics.
With the white on the grill and behind the Farmall emblems, it appears to be a 130, but the serial numer or some casting codes are the only way to be sure.

I believe they used separate serial number lists for the 100 and 130. So your serial number could be for either one. The tag should indicate if it's a 100 or 130 above the serial number, if it's still legible. At any rate it is not a Farmall A, as the A didn't have touch control hydraulics. If it is painted correctly it's a 130 because they had the white grille and hood stripe, the 100's were all red. But beware, some 100's have been repainted like 130's over the years, and I have even seen a few Super A's with white grilles.
Look where what's left of the model nameplate is on the side of the hood. The paint usually is a little brighter where the plate should be. Might be able to make out the model there.
