I noticed the blade cannot be swiveled, but it is a good think I am a long way off and broke, because it would be tempting to me.

This reminds me of the cobbled together pickup truck that my childhood junkyard used to push snow and pull engines/transmissions with. Interesting unit.

That looks like a security guards shack made into a cab and the plow lift looks like an engine hoist.
This looks like someone played MacGyver and rolled a big shopping cart through a barnyard and used what was at hand. Gotta applaud the guys ingenuity.
Got a hunch it goes way faster than it should for safety's sake.
