I asked for a 120v block heater and got this.
Is 12v ( as best I can make out) and the inlet/outlet have an o-ring in them.

Air conditioner pressure switch.
I have a Universal HVAC license if that helps in you argument to get your money back, plus shipping.

Re: What is it?
Okay - that was quick.
Since I complained about this item when I bought it, I got a new coolant heater with a credit - so this didn't cost me anything. I was thinking to exchange (sell) it for a donation to the cub page expenses since I have profited by reading the forum. ( well that's if "the whatever it is" is actually worth anything)
Just one thing, I got three different answers, how would I test it to find out what it is?

Re: What is it?
and the drier is something you dont want to buy used.
and I guess it could have come off an enclosed cab a/c deere, is there a part number anywhere, type it in google and see what pops up.
