A friend of mine has a KR-130 (or possible a 160) Baler and the manual that he has is a Photocopied manual and is hard to read. Does anyone know if a copy of the manauls (maintenance and any other ones) can be downloaded from somewhere? I have just started to look and thought that someone else may already have one (I know my cub won't be able to run it but the IH 885 and 886 that my friend has does just fine.)
Thank you for any information.
Chad

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

Chad,
I am not sure I am remembering correctly, but give the New Idea baler manuals a shot.?
I have a N.I. 456, and it seems like I heard it was a N.I. painted version of the 'Krone{?} system'. It has five bottom belts and 55 belts about 4" wide in five banks ariund a fixed chamber.
My baler is a '60s or '70s edition. There are several later New Idea models - don't know what the corresponding kroen numbers were.
Not totally positive my memory is right, but worth a try?
Good luck!

One of the few advantages of growing older is that I finally realized that I haven't made ALL the stupid mistakes! Yet!
