First question is which mower is this a 31 or 41????

Then next question is I need a manual where do I find one?????

Next and last question I assume I can line the belt back up by using the ecentric bolt(spelling)

Can't tell you which model it is. Manuals are hard to find. Best two guesses are the M-H/M-F forums and of course :eBay:

So far I have had zero success in finding manuals for my M-H stuff

Here are photos of the drive heads for these two mowers from the operator manuals

MF31

Looks like your mower is the MF41. You can tell by the attachment clevis for the chain. It's a weldment for the MF41 and a casting for the MF31.
