Attended an estate auction last Saturday with a couple Farmall tractors. Always interested in going to those kind of auctions 'cause you never know what other Farmall-related items will show up. There was an F-20 and a M. Both were claimed to run, only the M was started. Both had poor paint jobs for showing, but more than suitable for work tractors. There was a US Postal cardboard folder at the base of the F-20 steering column that contained the decals for the F-20.
The F-20 sold for $700; the M for $800. The steel wheels sold for $75 apiece. Good prices for all.
A couple manure spreaders:
And a visible gas pump--still attached to the underground tank. Auctioneer said the seller was responsible for disconnecting the unit.
Someone had used a BB gun on the gas pump glass; shot up pretty bad. But it sold for $500! Wow!
It was a typical summer day; hot and humid, but entertaining. Came home with a few things, including a couple full cans of IH 2150 spray paint.
