Dempster Planter

Hi,

I found an old dempster planter for what seems like a reasonable price. The thing looks to be in good shape and everything on it turns nice. It has a fast hitch prong but unfortunately it's the small prong 2.5". It is missing one hopper, not sure if it's the fertilizer hopper or seed hopper. It has a few plates but none seem to be corn plates which I was hoping for. Is this a headache or does this have potential? Would I be able to find plates for it, etc? The casting number was 101-3-0495, I'm not sure if this means anything to anyone.

Thanks, Yeah I saw that. I think I'm gonna hold off and see what else comes available before spring time.
