Thanks Billy! I'm sure that took a little planning to organize as well as time to get the all across the bridge. It would be neat if we could get a half mile of Cubs. That in itself would require about 150 Cubs

Oh yea Bill
I think they started at 9 am and were still crossing a 11:30 when I went past. I'm sure the form could come up with them
Probally be harder finding drivers for them all

I saw pictures of that on the Red Power Magazine sight. Before you go, check with the sponsors, I think there are minimum speeds to prevent any more traffic tie ups than necessary. Someone has to bring a trailer to haul it back, one way crossing only.

That's very impressive, thanks for the pics, Billy! Like John mentioned, they probably have a minimum speed to qualify for the drive. Most tractor drives require the tractor be able to maintain 10 or 12 MPH. That pretty much rules out our Cubs (except Cubota & Harley)

Thanks John and Gary
If I went on it I would take my 130 as it is only 25 miles from there anyways.

Wow that's truly amazing. It's 1000 miles away from home but I'd love to see it... who knows, I'm just crazy enough that I could bring a tractor on a trailer and what a hoot that would be!

Howdy Bob
If ya do come out you're welcome to stay at the farm. Vince said he may want to come out too. Might just have a little cubfest at the farm eve though I don't have any cubs there.

Thanks Billy... Nobody said we gotta have Cubs to have a Cubfest. I just drove 800 miles each way last week to Boss Hog's. What's another 200 miles to see over 900 tractors cross a famous bridge !!!

Bob has the right idea. All I need to do is get a tractor fast enough to be included. Oh, Bob, you will be going by, unless you go through Canada, lets make a caravan.

Here is a link to a website, and an aerial view made by a remote control quadracopter.

I think this would be a blast and borrowing a tractor that would meet minimum speed would be easy. A trailer to put it on would be possible but something to tow with? I have walked across the Mac and it is quite a hike. Five miles and it can be windy. Notice most of the drivers have jackets. Maybe I'll borrow something with a climate controlled cab. Vern

Excellent sounds like the North Woods CubFest will be Sep 13-14-15-16 2013. I am not much for planing so its will be show up have a good time, relax and enjoy. There are a few miles of trails in the woods to ride and a areas we can plow. Electric power is limited as its all off grid and I am using a small solar system for power although I do have a 9000 watt lister generator. There is no water at this time but I hope to have a well in next year.
I emailed the tractor crossing sponsor to see if cubs will be allowed and if so what we need to do to register,
There is also a Big Rig truck show the same weekend.
