Can 100/130/140 hydraulics pick up the tractor

Can 100/130/140 hydraulics pick up the tractor

I am curious as to whether or not a 100/130/140 can pick itself up with it's own hydraulics. I have tried it with my 100 and no dice (put a concrete block under the fast hitch socket) but a one gent with a 140 says it should be no problem.
However, another gent I trust says that they can't pick themselves up. I would be interested to hear if anyone has tried this from personal experience?
