yup, my dad is a foremen for the local county school system. There was a "summer help" guy who was inexperienced in tractors and was mowing across a steep slope with a kubota BX, the tractor rolled and even though it had a ROPS, he wasn't wearing his belt. He didn't make it. I've got a few pics and it messed the tractor up pretty bad. People just don't realize how much respect you have to give equipment.
