I came across this on ebay the other night. The radiator appears to be the one used on the Farmalls A/B. I am not sure about the other components. The engine should be recognizable to all on this board. If I had the time and money, I'd buy it.

I haven!t seen one of them for a long time.We used to tow small aircraft with them. You will notice all the heavy steel plate was added for extra weight. They were not built for speed though. 8)

John,
I saved you for now.

All that steel makes them pretty heavy for their size -- about 2,400 shipping weight.

wharehouse tug. we used similar ones for small planes too. their weight was a great advantage. some of the steel castings were incredibly thick.

That radiator is identical to the one in My Cub power-unit. That exhaust outlet looks to be at least one & 1/2 inches at the manifold and then bushed down.

Bigdog, is there going to be a Cub demolition derby at the Cubfest? Looks like this "Cub" could clear the field, and then tow them away :)

Looks like it might be useful for herding "stray" cubs into my barn where they would be safe!
