I found this at my fathers house. I'm really not sure kind of jack?
It saids on the side Walker MFG. CO Racine Wis.USA G703

Looks neat, I'm guessing from the looks of the "U" shaped saddle, it's designed to lift/cradle the axle of a vehicle? Might try searching in eBay and see if anyone has listed similar items?

It is a mechanical floor jack, from before hydraulic ones took over the market. Walker was an old line company. You can find more explanation than I am going to type in here:
