The eccentrics for the spin out rear rims are frozen. Couldn't break them loose with a 6' cheater bar.
I have them soaking in solvent at the present time. Is there any way - suggestions on how to free them up.

The inside of these Allis rims have 4 rails. A cast iron piece (4 ea.) with eccentric bolt holds the rail in place and bolts to the hub. To change the rear tire spacing you loosen the eccentrics then spin the tire/wheel in on out.
I have two broken loose. Put them in the electrolysis tank over night. The last two are cooking overnight.

You bet. 48 hours to break them loose. Broken 3/4" socket 1/2" drive. Broken 24" S&K breaker bar. Bent up the vise handle. Rounded off the corners of one eccentric cam. 1/2 can PB blaster. And a couple hours swinging a 2 lb hammer. Not to mention the electrolysis tank.
Not bad. Just think, all this for one rim and one more to go.

Installed the rim today. The cleaned up eccentrics work great. Problem is that I don't think these eccentrics have been loosened in 30 or 40 years.
I'm in the process of ordering new cams for the eccentrics. Old ones are rusted badly and the bolt heads rounded off.
