Sonny - Completely understood.
It won't be used again until we open it up. We ran it for about 30 minutes last Saturday setting the two posts, then parked it.
Thanks,
Peter

Hope you wont find much damage in the motor and it will be an easy fix! These motors can get expensive to fix nowdays! lol!

Thought I had updated this thread with what Aron and I ended up doing to the engine last winter.
#1 cylinder: piston was in rough shape and the wet sleeve was scored a little. Did a bore check and sleeves were still pretty round. Decided to hone the sleeves, new pistons and rings on all 3 cylinders. Completely drained and flushed the fuel system, cooling system, oil. Rod bearings were in decent shape, valves as well. Cleaned up the head and put a new head gasket on. New oil pan and valve cover gasket. Completely flushed the air cleaner as it was really nasty. Radiator was clean so we made sure the core was free of debris. All new filters and belts. After reassembly it started right up and ran great. Still need to flush the hydraulic system.
Fast forward to the fall when we redid the strawberry bed. Boys & Bride wanted me to use the loader to move the new dirt into the bed. Tri-rib tires made some deep ruts so back to wheel barrows and shovels. Nobody happy!
Christmas present from the boys;
Harvest King Industrial F-3 11L-16 tires and new 8” x 16” wheels.

Plywood is to increase the bucket size for moving firewood to the house.
