Looks like a C. But now I think it’s an H after looking at both.

With something less than total certainty, it is a Farmall H. The next one back is a Massey-Ferguson but I don't know the model. The third one looks like probably a farmall M.

Hi,
There should be a model and serial number plate on the tractor. An H has the plate just to the rear of the engine, under the hood or gas tank, I think. Clean it off with a rag if needed to read it.
If someone has painted over it, then you might only be able to read the stamped in serial number.
Below is a pic of one style of plate, used in the 1940's, from TM Tractor. Newer plates looked different.
