Thank you, sir. I can take credit for seeding the idea, but Karl Bader is the one that secured the location and hopefully it will be a Great Success!

Would you have a contact for those of us who don't use Facebook (or any social media)? I'm very happy to see a Cubfest starting up in this area but am concerned about the date. That weekend is bumping into preparations for the Jacktown show (Bangor, PA) just a few miles away the following week. I first joined BMAGSEA in the 1970s and have been doing the July and Oct shows every year since and generally speaking spend the prior weekend getting things together and prepared, when my son is available to help. I really want to participate in the Cubfest but I just don't know if it's possible as my priority has to be Jacktown. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one with this conflict. :(

Thanks for posting it before I got a chance too! This is exciting! I've never been to a cubfest, let alone organized one!

@radioguy, I chose that weekend as Jacktown is actually the following weekend, didn't want to conflict...

Understood but that weekend is actually prep week for Jacktown so it is a conflict. I've been doing shows of one kind or another for 40+ years and back to back can be problematic. A two week gap minimum is generally a safer way to go. Good luck.

I understand, with the open farm tour the weekend before we decided it would be best... Looks like you're in Lehighton? I'm in walnutport... we're practically neighbors!

I’ve been threatening to rebuild the transmission and rear end in my sons cub. I don’t k own if I can sneak away for the day but do you think that could be done in a day?

Great question J3!

To be honest, I don't know! Anyone else want to weigh in? Cubfest is the entire weekend... sounds like a heck of a project but to be honest I would love to learn it!

Everyone, I hate to do this, but due to some unforseen circumstances I need to cancel this event. Don't be disappointed though. I'm working on moving it into the Spring! Any questions, etc. please feel free to contact me.

Thanks,

Karl
