We will be there as usual. I hope we can get a turnout this year to help Jamie. JP no longer sponsors this so it puts her in a bit of a bind.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Re: 3 weeks till Cubarama.
Jaimie has asked if I can come up with another tinker time this year. I am having trouble coming up with something we can do that will not be too hard for an old man with a lot of aches and pains. Anyone have something they would like to see?

Re: 3 weeks till Cubarama.
Engine diagnosis and tune up.
How to read a vacuum gauge to diagnose engine problems. This is probably something most folks have never seen.
I have a couple of gauges I can send you if you decide to demonstrate.
Next thought. How to static time an engine - magneto and battery powered. Much easier to demonstrate than to write up an explanation. Demonstration is easier to understand than a write up.

John, you could also do an electrical diagnostic, either basic or as complicated as time/knowledge allowed.
A vacuum test would be interesting though...

John, the 57 lowboy is not charging...I have had the generator check and it is good. You want to diagnose that?

Randy, here is a bit about the event. The site is not finished yet. They do have a fairly good swap meet also. http://cub-a-rama.com/

Re: 3 weeks till Cubarama.
Looks like we are going to have a session on trouble shooting a charging system, checking power connections, repairing a starter switch, and whatever else I can think of. I also plan to bring a leak down tester to demonstrate.
