Louisiana Cubfest
To all our wonderful friends,
We thank everyone who was able to attend the Louisiana Cubfest this weekend. We could not have asked for better weather and the “family spirit” was just as good! We hope everyone had as good a time as we did - well, at least Hope did! We are very sorry that Buddy got sick today with Vertigo (and that is what the doctors decided it is) and had to miss the whole thing going to the ER, but thankful for all everyone did to keep on with the show! Buddy will have to take it easy (as easy as Hope can get him to do!) for a few days, but he will be alright once he gets his “marbles” leveled out in his ears!
To those Buddy was supposed to help with a project today, please know he is not happy that he didn’t get to help you. He named a couple of people that he “dropped the ball” on helping. He will be in touch with you soon, or if you want to, give him a call when you can.
Thanks for the prayers and concerns and we are looking forward to the next Cubfest!

Those "marbles" moving around can be miserable, but in a short time the medication will get Buddy back to normal. BTDT.

Re: Louisiana Cubfest
My thanks to Buddy and Hope (and all those who helped with the cooking) for a great weekend and Cubfest. The gumbo, jambalaya, fried fish, and breakfasts were great. Buddy, I hope you're feeling better and that it's nothing serious.

Thanks to Buddy and Hope (and all those who helped)for a great time. The food was out of this world.Told the other half she needs to go next year and learn how to cook like that(you know what that got me). First time I ate grits that wasn't gritty. 1600 mile round trip and well worth every mile. Hope you are feeling better Buddy. Looking forward to next year. Thanks again Johnny

Re: Louisiana Cubfest
Many thanks to Buddy and Hope for a great weekend. The food and hospitality was great as usual looking forward to the next one. Glad to hear Buddy is improving he goes 100 miles an hour. I need a little help with my memory as usual. I promised to send some carb fixtures to I think 4 people. I got home with 2 cards and a text but I think there is one more. The three I have are Roy Edenfield, Tim Hill, and David vonYeast also extra parts to Steve Koons. If I owe you a fixture please contact me, my # and e-mail are on my card thanks.
