Great time at Silvey's Winter CubFest - With Pix Added.

Postby Barnyard » Sat Dec 06, 2014 5:39 pm

Rosie and I just got home a bit ago. We want to offer a big thanks to Jeff and Janice for putting this on. Several projects and a lot of chatting in between made for a great day. It was great seeing everybody again. Once again it was a great way to end the CubFest season.

Bonnie and I just arrived home. We had a great time seeing old friends and meeting new and even learned a trick or two. Jeff and Janice really know how to roll out the old Hoosier hospitality.

Looks like it is missing something

Not only was the missing tooth found but there was also a watch band pin and some other unidentifiable metal object found in the bottom of the transmission.

Like everyone else we had a great time at Winter Fest! Our thanks to Jeff and Janice for their hospitality. Another great Fest as always!
We had a good time talking with all the cub fans (Farmall Cub that is!) . The projects were interesting and as mentioned and shown in the pictures - you never know what you will find inside a cub transmission.
Thanks again Jeff!

The drive home was pleasant - all the traffic was headed towards Lucas Oil Stadium so eastbound traffic was moving right along.

Here are some more pix of the day. Sorry, I forgot to get a shot of the women. I think there were 6 or 8 wives in attendance.

After my phone line was down all last week, when we arrived home from Jeff's our internet was down as well, just got it back up about an hour ago. Anyway, we had a great time time at Winterfest, too. Thanks Jeff & Janice, for a job well done.
