A couple of those pictures were me showing the lock tab I forgot to bend over on a TC pump I rebuilt a couple of years ago. It had stayed on, so I guess the saying that the Lord watches over fools and little children is accurate. I do go an extra step and put Loctite on those nuts when I install them (I also believe the Lord helps those who help themselves).
