Buckeye Spring Minifest was a success!

Postby Barnyard » Tue Apr 15, 2014 2:51 pm

Gary & Regina Dotson, Larry & Cindy Grey, Denny & Candy Clayton along with Rosie and I got together on a snowy April 15th for the first annual Spring Buckeye Minifest to layout plans for the Bash. Needless to say it was a success. We hardly talked about the Bash, but we spent over and hour and a half walking around the Xenia Ohio Rural King and still never covered half the place. We finished up by having a 1 1/2 hour lunch at Young's Dairy Restaurant where everybody had a hard time cleaning their plate of all the great food. However everybody found room for the Butter Pecan Fudge Sundaes we had for desert. Another great outing with great friends and fellow Cub lovers.

Oh yeah, we couldn't resist a photo op at the Hostess Station.

There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

It was, for sure, a great time, really good seeing folks again! This was my first visit to a Rural King, that place is big! Next time we'll know to set aside more time to spend there! Of course Youngs is always good.
