Farmall Cub

I will be around all day Thursday and Friday. Friday morning will be gone part of the morning and should be back by 10:00.

The good Lord willing Art and I will be there. Johnny

Me and the cook (Joyce) are going to try and make it. May be late and leave early.

If nothing happens will be there

I plan to bring a cub that needs the transmission input shaft replaced.

We got Ron's cub charging, and it had a very unique problem that took a bit to figure out. All the tests pointed to a bad generator, until I started checking resistance one piece at a time, at which point i realized there was enough tarnish on the A lug of the gen and on the wire terminal that it was not making contact, even though the nut was tight. All is now well except we could not test the regulator. Battery had enough charge that the regulator would not kick in. Ron will have to run it a while to see if regulator is ok. My thanks to all the guys that helped with mine and to Ron for putting up with us and providing the great meal.

Many thanks to all that could make it this year. The good Lord looked down and gave us a great day for our cub fest. Giving all a safe travel to and from. If it wasn't for the those coming, there would not be a fest. So thanks to all. Thanks for all the photos that were taken. There might not have been as many folks as last year but we did have a very nice group.

A big "Thank You" to Ron and his wife for hosting the 2nd Missouri ShowMe CubFest. I had a good time and was pleased with visiting with those there in the AM. After my IHC Collector's meeting in Sedalia, I wished I had stayed at the CubFest (much more interesting-AND the IHC meeting was not as important as advertised ).

Hope to attend again next year--if you're planning to host.
