Know everyone had a good time. Great looking place and looks like the outside weather cooperated. Looks like Dale has another job on her hands.
Thanks for the pictures, enjoyed everyone of them and the comments.

This was the cub posted a while back. Turns out the engine had been at the machine shop a couple years and they scrapped it. Except for the rockshaft & rod, and the tailight, I think everything is there.

Any idea what year on the carcass?

No data plate and no engine, but tomorrow I will check some casting dates and let you know. I wire brushed all the misc parts including all the stuff they stripped from the engine, then photographed everything. The only obvious bad part is the front pulley which someone broke taking it off. The fuel tank/hood would indicate a 55-ish year with all emblems but one broken stud that I noticed. The inside was very clean and rust free!!

I will post photos later on with more info tomorrow after Joel and I return his SA home.

Thanks for the photos!! :D

Had a great time at the Mini Cubfest. Dale was a great host supplying a nice shop and some good eats for us. This was my first Cubfest and I really enjoyed it. Next year I might camp out and split the driving up between 2 days. I hope to make a few more Cubfests this year !

Wow lots of activity... and an awesome shop to boot....

That valve train sure ain't a Cub. Nice to see a fast hitch going on the shiny one, nice thing to have on a Cub!

That one missing the engine looks pretty good from here. Only missing one piece

Nope. That was me cleaning off the gasket from my Super A-1.
Lots of fun work going on. Y'all would have enjoyed it.
