DSCF 2013 Planning session

We got together today to do our initial planning for DSCF. Had a great time and shared lots of laughs. Thanks to 21st century technology, Raymond was also able to join us. What a hoot for a bunch of red-necks.
We are looking forward to hosting this event and seeing all you guys in February. It'll be here before you know it! Make your plans now to join us. Jim stopped by Seminole Inn on his way home and they confirmed they have the dates on their calendar and are still honoring the 10% discount as before. Lots of Motels in the Marianna area if you should be late getting your reservation here.
Start thinking about any projects you might wish to get on the project list and let us know. We encourage everyone to bring a tractor if you wish to plow in the field or just to display for everyone's enjoyment.
We are hoping some of our local friends are able to bring some of their antique tractors over to display during the Fest.
We have all the plans pretty much in place for the food during the weekend. More on that later, when the plans are solidified. As always, Saturday will be the traditional Fish Fry day!! Boiled peanuts will be present all weekend for your enjoyment. I'm sure Bob will keep a close eye on those for us.
For anyone that is not familiar with us, from left to right is Tim Ezell, Roy Edenfield, Jim Yarborough and Billy Ray Richter. Look close at the laptop Jim is holding to see Raymond Durban. I am excited to have such a fine group of guys that are so eager to help host this event.
Sorry about the quality of the picture. We grabbed a neighbor to take it for us. Think it might have been his 1st attempt.
