Me and Liz went up to Longmont today to see the attractions. Lots of stuff to see, including witnessing the fact that Bobs hands do fit a pitch fork!! :D
Liz enjoyed the square dancing show and pretending to be a fireman in the museum!!

Raymond and Liz, Thanks for coming up and taking all the pictures. The count was 255 tractors and we had a couple new ones and some odd ball stuff too. There were two Coleman trucks (1928, 1933) that were made in Littleton, CO, that had axles made for wagon width. A Drube tractor that was made at the Drube Machine Shop in Wheatland, Wy. Less than a dozen were made, and this is apparently the only one left. More work tomorrow for the last day, and then back to Cubs. The owner of the museum brought out a 1916 Aultman-Taylor gas (kerosene) powered tractor that is in some of the pictures. Also an old Cat 60. Neither of them had seen daylight since the owners dad drove them into the museum 37 years ago.

at first, I was thinking that this tractor was kind of sketchy, but then looking at it, it can't flip backwards and you are so far back that if you fell off it may not hurt too much.

Raymond:

Thanks for taking those pics, I sure enjoyed viewing them. Some interesting ones - like the spreader on steel. I like to see these collections, such a documentary of days gone by.

Yogie, the ones mentioned by Bob (Aultman-Taylor) are this one:

and the Cat Sixty:

The Drube is the one between the Shaw and the Earthmaster, although I didn't get a direct view of it:

I didn't get any pics of the Coleman trucks. Glad you guys enjoyed the pics! Me and Liz had a great time!

Great pics, Raymond! That Liz is really growing up, dude.

I kinda like that Earthmaster, actually! Cool little tractor. My neighbor had one when I was a little tyke, but I wasn't old enough to appreciate it at the time.

Thanks Roy, she is growing up fast!!

One of my neighbors back in Fla has an Earthmaster like this one that I'd love to have. I'm gonna keep bugging him about it till I can park it under my lean-to one day! :D
