Glad we were able to make it to a tug. Of course, it can't be better said, than it already has. Best wishes and prayers are on the way from paris.

Darrell and Janet--I really can't add much more to what the other folks have said other than we wish y'all the very best and thanks for the memories of the Cub Tugs you have so graciously hosted. It will be a big hole in the summer schedule but totally understand life must go on! Thank you for all the memories and hopefully we'll see you at the other Fests!! God Bless! Steve

Not much to add except to add my gratitude for the past Tugs and concern for what your future holds. My first reaction yesterday was feeling sorry for myself for never again going to a Bigdog Cubtug. Afterward, I felt ashamed because it is not about me, but about what the Ratliff family is going through.

Through the years, the most common advice was, "if you can only go to one Cubfest a year, it has to be the Tug". How true that statement was and is. Big Dog's family and friends set the bar really high for what a Cubfest is and how to put one on.

But, life goes on. I firmly believe that the years that I have left will be the best yet. I hope and pray that the Ratliff's will have even better years. Thanks for all of the good times and God bless.

Darrell & Janet,
Just wanted to let you both know your whole family is in our prayers. Life can throw us some curveballs from time to time but I know you guys can handle it because of the character I've seen over the years at the Tug and drop-in visits I had the pleasure of making when I traveled up your way. As others have said the Cub family is always here if we can assist in any way. Hope to see you both at Cubfest as time and circumstances permit.

Ron & Paula
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born
I washed her and greased her and painted her red
Now she lives happily right here in my shed.

I have been to Ohio only once.....to attend the 2009 Cub Tug. What a wonderful time.......the food, the fun, and the friends(maybe family is a better word to use). It is one tractor trip I will never forget. Thank you Ratliffs for all the hard work you put into The Tug.

Never been and unfortunately I have never met you in person, but seems like you really love the tug and I know it was a big decision. It certainly seems you and your family are some of the finest folks anyone could ever ask to meet. So we wish you the best and God's speed.

I've only been to one Tug and will remember it as one of my favorite tractor events that I've ever had the privilege of attending.

It's hard to add to all that's been already said. I wish you and your family the best!

Darrell, very sorry to hear the news. I am in Grove City today and tomorrow and was just thinking of how I might devise plans for a trip back up here in July. The Cub Tug was a highlight of my last three summers and I recall walking up to the first one; not knowing a soul. Now I know so many more just from attending a few hours here and there in 2010 and 2011. Thanks for all you do; in addition to having hosted the event and we will put you and the family in our prayers.
